• Property & transaction data. Addresses, listing details, comparable sales, valuation inputs, deal numbers, and documents you create or upload.
• Payment information. Billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage collected automatically as you interact with the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Generate content, valuations (CMAs), marketing, documents, and other AI-assisted output you request;
• Personalize your experience and surface relevant insights;

3. AI Processing

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate text, valuations, and other output. Depending on your configuration, processing may occur on infrastructure operated by us or by third-party AI providers. We send only the data necessary to fulfill your request, and we do not sell your content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or distributing it.

The Services are intended for business use by professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
