Data Deletion Policy

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data in either of these ways:

• In-app. Sign in and delete your account from your account settings.
• By email. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

We verify each request against the account on file before acting on it, so that no one can delete your data without authorization.

2. What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including your profile, branding, contacts and CRM records, property and valuation inputs, generated content, documents, and usage history — except for data we are required or permitted to retain (see below).

3. Timeline

We complete deletion or irreversible anonymization within 30 days of verifying your request. Copies residing in routine encrypted backups are purged on our backup-rotation schedule, typically within 90 days.

4. What We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law — for example, for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements. Such data is isolated from active systems and deleted when it is no longer required.

5. Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
• As the controller of your clients’ and contacts’ data within the Services, you are responsible for deleting that data and for honoring deletion requests they direct to you.
• Content already published externally through the Services (for example, social posts or emails already delivered) is outside our control and may need to be removed at the source.
